Last Class @ University

13.July.06. Its may be an ordinary date. but for me its extra-ordinary. this is the day, i had my last class in my university life. i dont think of myself doing the Grad or PostGrad courses. so this might be my last academic class in my life. dont ask me how it feel? i dont know the answer. cause sometimes i am feeling great, a relief - "oh at last its over!", and sometimes its like something has taken, snatched from me which was in my daily life routine for the past few years. there will be no sleeping in the classes, no chatting, no nothing. its weird. bye

Best game so far in WC'06

Have you watched the game yesterday? The 1st world cup semi-final between Germany and Italy. I think this is the best game so far, played in this world cup. Although Italy dominated the whole game but the result could have been different. One moment of briliance and Ballack's team was out of the tournament. It was heartbreaking to concede goals at the very last moment of the game. Italian defence line proved again why they are called the best defencive teams of this world. Today in the 2nd semi-final France and Portugal will meet each other. Hope this match will also be a classic.

Random words

Hi all, How are you? Its been a long time i didnt write up here. My pc is out of order and so am I. Few days ago I had a trip to Bangalore [ India ] and hopefully i will write short story about the trip. Our month long vacation is over and we will hav the same boring and dull classes again. Most probably you all are busy with the world cup football. Yeah its warm now.. i should rather say hot now. Today i hope to watch two classic matches. England vs Portugal & Brazil vs France. My prediction is that Portugal will win 2-1 and Brazil with same scoreline as in 1958, 5-2 [ yeah i am a fan of Brazil ]. Bye. Keep watching the world cup.

We lost to 9th batch

Last 31st May, we [7th batch] played football against 9th batch of our department. The result was 3-1. But i think the result does not indicate the whole thing here. Our boys played super. Nuruddin, Nayeem, Isthi, Murgi, Sarfa all played wonderful. Bipul scored a brilliant one and we get a lead of 1-0 in the first half. But the equalizer of Ratan [9th batch] was a class. A through from Himel and Ratan made no mistake to put it over Isti. First half ended as 1-1. And just after start of 2nd half, Himel again scored from a set piece and left no one of us to blame. We started playing all out and made some excellent chances with Arafat, Murgi. But it seemed luck did not favour us. And at the very last minitue they scored the last one. Although the result would have been totaly opposite. 6 Mins before the end we got a penalty and the referee did not answer. And our key striker Maruf was injured at about 15 mins after the game started and that was the main blow for us.

As a team it was a big big upset for us. Cause before this match we was unbeaten. We did not loose to any team before.

We are desparately waiting to take revenge of this match.
